Jakub Maur graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Charles University in Prague and is the founder and partner of the law firm Maur Legal s.r.o. He regularly publishes in professional media, and lectures at law colleges in the area of civil and corporate law.

Michal Koman focuses on the acquisitions of business corporations and negotiations with new and existing clients concerning the establishment, sale and administration of companies.

Kristýna Hlaváčková is in charge of business and administrative matters and also focuses on professional support of individual clients of the law firm.

Veronika Svobodová deals with the representation of clients at the administrative authorities and courts, and also focuses on the area of registered offices and shared offices.

Petra acts as an internal auditor, and her main activity is the control of the law firm's internal processes as well as the customers' care.
